During my Senior year of high school I took part in an internship at Northeast Georgia Medical Center. Each month I rotated to a new department of the hospital and assisted staff in their day-to-day tasks. 

Hands on tasks included, but were not limited to,

                    Paperwork

                   Patient Care

                     Charting

              Patient Transport 

The internship introduced me to expectations in the medical field and allowed for me to learn much more than anticipated. The internship heightened my confidence in a hospital setting.
